We will do our best to keep your items in good condition by providing a well-maintained, well-ventilated, and pest-free facility. However, since we do not have access to your goods, and only you do, you are responsible for the condition of your goods.
Yes. All units include basic insurance to protect your possessions while in storage. Please check that this cover is appropriate and sufficient for your stored items. If you need additional insurance, you may also contact an insurance provider.

One Storage offer terms based on what our customers need. You can either rent daily, monthly, or opt to rent for a longer period; it’s all up to you.
Yes, requirements will vary depending on what type of storage plan you want to avail.
For personal use:
- Client Form and Signed Agreement
- Submit at least one valid and photo-bearing government-issued ID.
For corporate storage:

- Certificate of Registration / BIR 2303

We offer a full range of professional packing supplies, including boxes, locks, tape and more, at affordable prices in our packing supply store.
This depends on the storage plan that you get. You can opt to pay month on month or daily. However, we have discounted rates for those who would like to store for at least 3 months.
We are accepting cash, cheque, debit/credit card, bank transfers, GCash, Maya, and Unionpay.
Yes, you may pay via bank transfer to any of our registered bank accounts or you may also pay via GCash and Maya.
Apart from the monthly rental of the storage unit, we will also ask for a one-time refundable security deposit and a one-time admin fee.
Yes, basic insurance is included in the rent with coverage of not more than PHP50,000.
No. To avoid paying for more than what you need, it is best that you know ahead of time up to when you intend to use our storage units before making a payment.

From business archives to bicycles, sideboards to stock, there is an almost limitless number of items that you can store in your unit. That said, in the interests of health and safety, please do not store food or perishable goods, living plants or creatures, flammable liquids, combustibles, weapons, explosives, fireworks, chemicals, radioactive materials, toxic waste, asbestos, biological agents or other dangerous materials. Please refrain from storing odorous materials and compressed gases as well as any illegal items.

Yes, our storage facility is located in the mall’s basement/parking so there are plenty of parking slots available for use. However, please take note that you can only use the parking area at One Storage for a limited time and for move-ins and move-outs only.
Yes, we do encourage you to visit our facilities first before moving in. This is for you to see the actual size and security of your units. You may schedule your visit anytime from Mondays to Saturdays from 9AM to 6PM. To book an appointment, contact our branch here.
Upon moving in, you must notify us at least a day in advance and prepare all necessary documents for verification. We only allow move-ins during office hours.
Yes, we do encourage you to bring your own padlock. However, in the event that you don’t have one, you may purchase from our Packing Supplies available in our Retail Office.
No, but we do recommend using a box or any packing material to store your items securely.
Our friendly staff is always happy to help. We also offer free use of push carts to move heavy items.
As of the moment, we don’t have any helpers available on site. Should you need to store large items, please do let us know ahead of time so we can arrange any help you may need. This extra service may or may not incur additional charges. We also offer free use of push carts to move heavy items.
You may pull out your items from your unit anytime you want. However, if you will be pulling out large items, it is best to inform our staff for verification.
If your storage rental is near its end and you don’t intend to extend your stay, a move-out form is required 14 days ahead of time. You may also call or email us indicating the date and time of your move out. Moving out can only be done during office hours to verify and properly process your papers and return your security deposit.
No there won’t be any CCTV inside any unit. Our CCTV only covers public areas such as corridors, office, entrances, and exits.
No. Only you will have the PIN code for your unit. No one else will have access to your items unless they have your PIN and lock. However, please be informed that in the event of an emergency, One Storage has the right to access your unit.
You may request a PIN retrieval during office hours. A valid ID will be asked for as proof of identification. It is best to call our staff for assistance should you ever forget your PIN to avoid any inconveniences.
One Storage Self Storage provides basic insurance to all its tenants for free. Each unit has PHP 50,000 amount insured regardless of how much the actual value of the stored items is. Any insurance shall be subject to the approval of our insurance provider and One Storage shall not be liable for any disapproval whether partial or full, neither shall One Storage be liable for any delay by the insurer.

- Earthquake Fire/Shock
- Typhoon and Flood
- Extended Coverage
- Broad Water Damage
- Sprinkler Leakage
- Riot, Strike and Malicious Damage
- Burglary and Robbery (PHP1M aggregate limit)
- Accidental Bursting or Overflowing of Water Tanks, Apparatus and Pipes
- Volcanic Eruption (excluding risks within 50km from an active or inactive volcano)
- Comprehensive General Liability – for Premises Operations (up to PHP1M aggregate)
The renters have an option to choose their own insurance provider. A signed waiver form will be required prior to move-in to ensure that One Storage won’t be liable in case of loss or damage whilst in storage.
To make a claim, give us a call and we’ll assist with the claiming process from our insurance provider. Make sure that the items in your storage are documented and accounted for.
